We have our own in-house Spinning unit, manufacturing the premium quality 100% cotton Yarn for Knitting and weaving for domestic and export markets.
Technology and Process
Complete Quality checks is conducted at every stage of the manufacturing process. We have a dedicated team for Raw Cotton (kapas) selection in India and Africa, and only the finest Raw Cotton makes its way to Saudagar Spinning division.
Once in-process, the unfinished Yarn is tested at every stage from Preparatory to Cone-winding with modern testing equipments to iron out any defects. Advanced machinery in our production process from Germany and Japan (Saurer, KTTM and Muratec) supports our commitment to quality products and enables us to manufacture premium quality of Cotton Yarn.
Training and Development
Our production team is recruited from all over India to provide an ideal mix of different ideas and competencies. All new labour and employees are given comprehensive training relevant to their area of expertise, making them equipped to handle any issues in the production process. Periodic training from institutes such as ‘SITRA’ is also provided in batches and for different departments to keep abreast with the latest developments in production techniques.
State-of-art accommodation, along with dining, play and recreation facilities, are also provided within the gated security of mill campus, ensuring continuous safety and enhancing development of our team.
